Jim Schibly is a former F16 Fighter pilot and Desert Storm Veteran, having served in the USAF for over 20 years as well as being a commercial airline and corporate pilot. Having casually invested in real estate for over 20 years, Jim and his wife Deb decided to jump into real estate investing full time in 2009.

Deb Schibly is a retired Elder Care nurse of over 30 years and has a passion for working with seniors. She had worked for over 15 years in the Green Bay, WI area at Rennes health care and Odd Fellows / Rebekah Haven and whsil with her husband Jim in the military, worked as an LPN in the VA.
In 2009, she and Jim began investing together as full time real estate investors and to spend time taking care of their parents...never losing her true passion to help seniors.
With her vast experience in Assisted living and senior care facilities and Jim's experience in problem solving real estate transactions creatively, she and Jim decided to start Senior Transition Assistance to provide families with the best possible solutions to assist them with getting through the often stressful process of helping mom or dad transition into senior care with the least amount of stress possible and to enable them to care for mom or dad longer.
